A Case of C.R.S.T. Syndrome



Abstract
Recently, A benign varient of scleroderma, called the C.R.S.T. syndrome, has been described by Winterbauer.
Patients with this disorder have skin changes such as dermal and subcutaneus calcinosis, Raynaud¢¥s phenomenon, sclerodactyly, and telangiectasia.
With the possible exception of the gastrointestinal system,. involvement of other organs is uncommon, and affected-individuals have along clinical course.
A case of C.R.S T. syndrome in 25-year-old female is reported with brief review of literatures. The patient showed multiple pea sized nodular deposits on dermal and subcutaneous layers of both elbow¢¥ and knee joints Raynaud¢¥s phenomenon, sclerodactyly with acrosclerosis and sclerodermatous change on both hands and forearm and telangiectagia on face and both palms.
On esophagogram, slrght disturbance of passage at the caldioesophageal junction area was noted.
